If the request contains information about a potential candidate who wishes to apply for one of our job postings, their information will be stored in our ATS system (Folks) as it would be when applying for a job posting.
  • When you apply for a job posting on the “Career” page, your resume and personal information provided in the application form will be stored in our ATS system (Folks). Your profile on the ATS system will be retained for a period of 5 years from the date of application.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE QUEBEC

L.J.L Mécanique Électrique Inc. may transfer your personal information to companies located outside of Quebec in the following situations:

  1. You have applied for a position with one of our mining clients whose head office or place of operation is located outside of Quebec. To assess your application, your resume will be sent to the individuals responsible for processing applications at our mining client.
  2. You have applied for a position with one of our mining clients in Quebec, but your profile matches the criteria for a position with one of our mining clients whose head office or place of operation is located outside of Quebec. In this situation, we will contact you to obtain your verbal consent for the transfer of your resume to the mining client in question.
